Q: What size counter top do you need for this to be mounted?
A: Your counter top should have 0.94" (2.4 cm) thick at least, width about 13.4" for 13" cash drawer and 17.2" for 16" cash drawer.
Q: How long are the screws into the desk?
A: The screws are into the desk 0.94" (2.4 cm).
Q: My desk is only 1” thick Is this compatible with cash drawer?
A: Recommend a 13" small cash drawer BK1313B.
Q: How tall are the brackets? In other words, how tall can the cash drawer be?
A: BK1313B-B is a 13" cash register stand, the height is 3.7", it will fit a 13" cash drawer.
BK1616B-B is a 16" cash register stand, the height is 4.13", it will fit a 16" cash drawer.
Q: Not easy to install.
A: You will find a template paper in the package, just follow the steps. Thanks for the paper, it can be a one-man job.
1. Tape the drill template paper(included) against under counter surface.
2. Drill 6 holes into surface where marked on the paper.
3. Mount 2 brackets against bottom surface of counter using 6 screws(included).
4. Unscrew 4 rubber feet from bottom of cash drawer & keep them for later use.
5. Mount cash drawer to brackets using 4 screws which were removed from cash drawer.
